I have been fortunate to have been an owner/broker in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Colorado. Yes and I quickly learned through my experience that even the smallest of detail does matter when you are looking out for your clients best interest... and you are representing your clients in creating a very complex legal transaction.

Residential: Selling your home requires constant and up-to-date knowledge of the real estate marketplace, financing options that are available to purchase a home, accurate pricing of homes in your area so as to get the seller the right price for their home. I can and will deliver that to you as my client. Residential Buyers also have their unique requirements as to where their family will reside. Finding a home that will fit your families lifestyle and even more importantly, the family budget and price range is my job . Today's market and home availability can present some very special challenges! Often it can take a lot of perseverance on your real estate agent's part to find that "just right" home for your family. I can do that for you... I have been doing just that for many years.
Commercial: Buying, Selling and Leasing of commercial properties requires a totally different type of experience and education as relates to commercial transactions. I have dealt with Retail Sales and Leasing, warehousing and other types of commercial properties. I have the knowledge and experience to help you in whatever capacity you need me...
