I originally met John as a home buyer moving to Tennessee from out of state. I was certainly out of touch with the Nashville market, and John was extremely patient with my slow learning curve to a hot paced real estate market.
Eventually, I came around and John was able to find us the perfect home. This home, we now sold 7 years later, and of course John was the only choice for a listing agent.
I could not be happier with the overall experience. Most importantly, I am happy to now call John a friend. If I ever move back to Tennessee, John will again be my agent, but until then, I’m happy to just call him a friend.
There is a reason he’s ranked #1.

As first time homebuyers, we felt a little overwhelmed at the beginning of the process, but John quickly helped us feel more at ease. He outlined the overall process for us, got an idea of what we were looking for, and immediately started putting together a list of potential properties.
At no point was he pushy, instead letting us work through everything and figure out exactly what we were going to need at our own pace. He was very responsive in setting up showings, and really let us guide ourselves through each home while offering pointers and answering our questions as they arose. We felt very comfortable and in control of the process the entire time, with John as our guide, technical interpreter, and representative. It was very clear right out of the gate that John was on our side, not his own.
Even in the wild market of spring 2021, John never once got rattled or desperate. There were a few times that we started to feel overwhelmed by the competitiveness of the market, and he was very supportive and reassuring.
Sure enough, the perfect property did finally show up, and he had an offer ready to go within a few minutes of us deciding to bid on it. 24 hours later, we had a signed contract, and John brought Ronda into the loop to manage the details. It was smooth sailing the rest of the way, with excellent guidance from both Ronda and John.
We are very grateful for John's expertise, guidance, and professionalism. We never felt pushed or rushed, and had the support and representation that we needed. We recommend John and his team very highly, and will certainly return to them for any future real estate needs we may have.

From the time I first met John, I knew if anyone could sell our house in such Covid-19 troubled times it would be John. He lived up to my expectations. His professional and steady approach was just what was needed. We had such an amazing experience with John. We recently relocated to Tennessee and John helped us find the perfect home.
