Bonnie is the BEST in the business! We first met when we purchased our first home and have continued to stay in touch, so it was only right that we use her when it came time to list that house and move into our next chapter! She always is so knowledgeable of the market, prepared with comps, and personable, which took the anxiety out of selling a house for the first time. She worked diligently and continuously kept us in the loop every step of the way! Her negotiation skills are second to none, leaving us feeling like we got the best deal on both ends of selling and buying! I cannot recommend Bonnie enough!

I have now bought two homes with Bonnie— my first starter home as a single gal, and as my life changed, a larger family home. Both times she provided excellent consultations, steered me toward exploring homes and neighborhoods that were a great fit for me, and managed the entire process to make it much easier than what I hear about from many friends and relatives about their realty experiences! Bonnie adeptly asked questions to help my partner and myself secure the best deal and deal points, and we managed to close early which worked for our schedule, too! Five stars is not enough to give Bonnie Campbell. We had the extreme pleasure of looking for a house with her that took about two years to find because we were relocating from out of state. She always listened to what we wanted, while also making suggestions as to location, price point and value. When we did find the house for us, Bonnie was there to negotiate the best deal, and followed through in the entire build process to handling inspections, walk throughs and closing procedures. Because this was a long distance move, Bonnie took the stress and worry away for us. Bonnie is professional, conscientious, considerate and a delight to work with.

I contacted Bonnie to help sell my 86 year old BIL's house. I wanted someone that would be the most kind, caring, sweet, honest, genuine, helpful, person in the business, in my opinion, that was Bonnie. She did not disappoint. The house was on the market 2 days, received 10 offers, closed at the end of the same month. You have no idea what this means to an 86 yr old, how easy and painless it was meant the world. He didn't need any stress.

Bonnie is simply the best realtor in Nashville and the surrounding area! Stop reading this review and hire her. But if you need more info, I recently worked with her to sell a property in the Nipper's Corner neighborhood. Her knowledge and expertise in the Nashville market are unmatched. I can't praise her professionalism enough. She was responsive, answered every question, and made a somewhat complicated process amidst difficult personal circumstances as easy as possible.

Bonnie sets the bar. Our family had to relocate from out of state to the greater Nashville area during an extraordinarily hot real estate market and she made the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. She has excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Bonnie went out of her work to work with our schedules and take into account our personal preferences when recommending neighborhoods and areas to focus on. During the closing process, she was involved until the very end. I am happy to say that our family has a beautiful home to raise our girls in because of Bonnie's efforts and I would highly recommend her.

Bonnie was still on maternity leave when I began my house search but she arranged for showings and communicated without a hiccup! She was so in tune with the neighborhoods I might like, her knowledge of the market was astounding and her ability to give sound, negotiating advice was spot-on! Despite the crazy market, we got the first house with the first offer! I so greatly appreciated that there was absolutely NO wasted time spinning my wheels spent looking and making offers... She got the job DONE the FIRST time!

Before we were even pre-approved, Bonnie was very organized and thorough with all necessary communication. She quickly learned the style of home we were looking for and which areas we desired to live around the city of Nashville. Her response time was always prompt, especially when setting up showings. During showings we never felt pressured or over crowded which allowed us to make a sound decision as a couple. She carried out a smooth transition during her maternity leave and even remained an active participant while away. We worked with Bonnie on the sale of our home during a crazy, Covid-influenced housing market. Bonnie stayed on top of the trends of the market which changed daily and even suggested we increase our asking price before listing. This was a challenging experience because I was looking for a new home while living out of state. Bonnie spent a great deal of time getting to know me and what I was looking for prior to my trip to Nashville. She spent an entire weekend with me & my daughter as we looked at a large number of houses the 2 days I was in town. A new listing appeared the day after I left town, so Bonnie & my 20 y.o. daughter went to see it & facetimed me in. We knew this was the one! I had no reservations purchasing a home I never stepped foot in until final walkthrough; Bonnie & my daughter had a full understanding of what was important to me.
In addition, Bonnie was incredibly knowledgeable & resourceful for every single thing I needed as I navigated all of the details of purchasing a new home from so far away, including making referrals for home inspectors, a handyman, a fence company, a lender (when my own was not cooperating), and SO MUCH MORE!!
I HIGHLY recommend Bonnie for all of your real estate needs!

Buying a home is stressful. Perhaps all those TV shows had lulled me into a false sense of security. As a first time buyer, we had no clue about all the details, the relay-race of steps, and other nuances involved. Add to this, the fact that we were looking to purchase a home in TN while residing out of state. And then, throw in the early days of a global pandemic when travel was restricted and there were too many unknowns. Amidst all of these obstacles and stressful scenarios, there was always one source of calm & serenity - Bonnie Campbell. She was always a step ahead, anticipating needs and having answers and plans ready just as I would be thinking of contacting her. We had to work with different people through the whole home buying process, but Bonnie was the only one that felt like our advocate a 100% of the time. She helped communicate with different parties when they weren't prioritizing us. Even after we closed on the home, she was available and ever-helpful in ensuring we were taken care of until we could move in. She went above and beyond what we expected of her. Bonnie was extremely reliable and always followed through with exactly what she said she would. She was the perfect balance of "Not pushing me into a house that did not fit my needs" and "Being direct/candid and acting quick when a 'hot' house was on the market."
If I buy again in Nashville, I will definitely be using her and would highly recommend to anyone else looking!

I 100% loved having Bonnie help me through this extremely stressful process.
